Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sport Screen (“Service”), provided by [Company Legal Name](“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the club or organization you represent.

Sport Screen lets sports clubs run a live match display (scoreboard, sponsor rotation, player introductions, and related overlays) for spectators, controlled from a phone, tablet, or PC. Features available to your club depend on your subscription tier.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@sport-screen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are shown before purchase and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.

You (or your club) retain ownership of the rosters, logos, sponsor images, video clips, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions (including, where relevant, from players, parents/guardians, or sponsors) to upload and display that content.

The AI Studio feature generates player-introduction images and video from photos/clips you upload, using a third-party AI processing provider. Only upload content you have the right to use for this purpose. Generated output is provided “as is” and may occasionally contain visual artifacts; review clips before using them at a live match.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to process personal data you don’t have a lawful basis to process;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without an uptime guarantee at this time. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we’ll notify account owners by email.
